Villa Angiolina & Angiolina Park

Built in 1844 by Rijeka merchant Iginio Scarpa, this villa marks the birth of Opatija as a resort. Its surrounding park holds around 150 plant species from across the world, including the camellia that became the town's emblem. The villa now houses the Croatian Museum of Tourism.
